Victor graduated from California State University, Fullerton with a degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing. He has been in the insurance industry for over 20 years. He is an independent agent for personal lines (auto, home, & life). He assists clients with the education of the many facets of Medicare of when to enroll and finding the most suitable option. He conducts numerous Medicare education classes via webinars and live at Irvine Valley College and Norman P Murray Community Center throughout the year.

By being an independent agent, Victor represents many insurance companies to suit the needs and budget of his clients. His goal is to customize insurance protection for each family by providing ongoing professional consultation and service.

Born and raised in Southern California, Victor and his wife Kathleen have been married since 2001 and reside in Fullerton. Kathleen is a registered nurse at UC Irvine Medical Center, while their son Morgan attends UC Irvine majoring in computer science and engineering. Victor enjoys martial arts - Shaolin Kung Fu, mountain biking, and playing poker with friends (where he first met Kathleen).
